Who we are

"We" and "us" in these terms mean the operator above.

What the site is

151cardshops is a free directory of card shops in the United States. We don't sell anything on the site, and we aren't a party to anything you buy from a shop.

The site is provided as it is. We may change, pause or end any part of it at any time.

Accuracy

We work to keep listings correct, but shops change their hours, stock and addresses without telling us. Opening hours, Open now, Pokémon levels and other details may be out of date.

A Pokémon level describes what a shop shows on its own website on the date of our check. It is not a promise that a shop has any product in stock. Always call the shop before you go for a specific product.

Star ratings, review counts and some other details come from Google and are labeled as such. They are not our opinion.

Accounts

You don't need an account to use the directory. Shop owners need one to claim a listing. If you create one:

• give true information and keep your login safe;
• use one account per person;
• you must be at least 16 years old.

You can delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms.

Claiming a listing

Only the owner of a shop, or someone the owner authorizes, may claim its listing. We check every claim by hand, by email from the shop's own domain or by a call to the shop's listed phone number.

Claiming is free. We may refuse a claim we can't confirm, and we may remove an approved claim if we learn it wasn't made by the owner. A claim never changes the shop's Pokémon level; levels need proof, as described in our editorial policy.

What you send us

This covers anything you add to the site or send us: shop details, photos, descriptions and corrections.

• It must be true and must not break anyone's rights or the law.
• You keep ownership of it. You give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive permission to publish, edit for length and format, and show it on 151cardshops and in sharing previews for as long as it is on the site.
• Upload only photos you took or have permission to use.
• We may edit or decline anything that is wrong, unclear or against these terms.

Photos and removal

Many shop photos come from the shop's public Google Business Profile. If you own a shop or a photo and want a photo removed, use Report a correction or email us and we will remove it. Once a shop is claimed, the owner's photos replace these.

If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright or other rights, email us with a link to the page and what you're asking for. We'll review it promptly.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• copy the directory in bulk, or scrape it with automated tools in a way that burdens the site;
• post false information, spam, or anything illegal or abusive;
• try to break into accounts or interfere with the site;
• pretend to be a shop owner or someone else.

Other websites

Shop pages link to shops' websites, social media, phone numbers and maps. We don't control those and aren't responsible for them.

Trademarks and content

151cardshops is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK or The Pokémon Company. Pokémon and other names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe what shops sell.

The site's design, texts and the way the directory is put together belong to us. You may link to any page and quote short parts with a link back.

Liability

The site is free and its information is provided to help you plan, not as a guarantee. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses caused by out-of-date or wrong information, such as a wasted trip, or by the site being unavailable.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and nothing limits your rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. If you use the site as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts where that law allows it.

If something goes wrong, please email us first. Most problems are solved quickly that way.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters for account holders, we'll tell them by email before it takes effect.
