Pick your state below, then your city, and open your listing.
Click “Claim your free listing”
It's at the bottom of your listing. Sign in or create a free account first.
We confirm you're the owner
An email from your shop's own domain, or a call to the shop's listed number.
Keep it up to date
Change hours, photos and details whenever you need. Your details replace Google's.

Questions from shop owners
Does it cost anything?
No. Claiming and managing your listing is free, now and later.
Can I pay for a better level or a higher spot?
No. Levels need proof, such as Pokémon products on your website or a photo of the shelf, and they can't be bought. If we ever offer paid placement, it will be labeled Sponsored.
How do you check that I'm the owner?
We approve every claim by hand. The request has to come from an email on your shop's own domain, or we call the phone number listed for your shop.
My shop isn't on the site.
Suggest it with the Suggest a shop form. We check it the same way as every other shop before it goes live.
Someone else already claimed my shop.
Tell us through Report a correction and pick “I own or work at this shop”. We'll check both claims.
My shop moved or closed.
Use Report a correction. If you've claimed the listing, you can update the address yourself.
